(A) Get the badge number and Gas Marketer's License number (all marketers must carry a valid identification badge)
(B) Contact the marketer's employer and allow them the opportunity to respond to your complaint.
(C) Call the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) toll free 1-877-632-2727, or in Toronto 416-314-2455.
